 **Special Order Product Terms and Conditions**

1. **Definition of Special Order**
A "Special Order" refers to a product that is not part of our regular inventory and is custom-made or specifically ordered at the request of the customer.

 2. **Order Confirmation**
- Once a special order is placed, it is considered final.
- Please review the product details  carefully. Any discrepancies should be reported.

3. **Payment Terms**
- A non-refundable deposit of €100 of the total order amount is required at the time of order placement.
- The remaining balance (s)  is due before order can be dispatched. 

4. **Lead Time**
- The estimated production and delivery time for special orders is 6weeks  from the date of order confirmation.
- While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. The customer will be notified of any significant delays.

 5. **Changes to the Order**
- Once production has started, no changes to the order can be made.
- If changes are requested before production begins, additional charges and time may be required.

6. **Cancellation Policy**
- Special orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
- If cancellation is requested before production starts, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

7. **Returns and Exchanges**
- Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- In the case of a defect or discrepancy, the customer must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.

8. **Acceptance of Terms**

- By placing a special order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
